• Property details — address, selling timeline and home features from our home evaluation forms, including forms you submit through our ads on Facebook and Instagram.
• Account details — if you create an account or one is created for you when you request an evaluation.
• Transaction records — documents, disclosures and e-signatures when you list or buy a home.
• Payment details — handled by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.
• Device and browsing information — collected by us and Meta through cookies and the Meta Pixel when you visit our website.

2. How We Use It

• To prepare and deliver your home evaluation.
• To contact you by phone, text message or email about your evaluation and our services, where you have agreed to that.
• To create and secure your account on thehousingmarket.co so you can view your evaluation and, if you choose, list your home.
• To operate listings, offers and closings.
• To measure and improve our advertising.
• To meet Iowa brokerage recordkeeping and other legal obligations.

3. Accounts Created From Evaluation Requests

When you request an evaluation and agree on the form, we create a free account with your email so you can view your evaluation. You can set a password at any time with “Forgot password?” on the sign-in page, or ask us to delete the account.

4. Who We Share It With

• Real Deal Realty PLLC — for brokerage services and required recordkeeping.
• Service providers that process data for us — Supabase (hosting, sign-in and storage), Resend (email delivery), Make.com (routing form submissions to our systems), Meta Platforms (advertising, lead forms and the Meta Pixel), Stripe (payments), and our website and email hosting providers.
• Service partners you choose — such as lenders or inspectors you work with through the platform.
• Authorities — when required by law.

We do not sell your personal information.

5. Text Messages

If you agree to be contacted by text, message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. Consent to texts is not a condition of any purchase.

6. Your Choices

• Ask us for a copy of your information, to correct it, or to delete your account by emailing info@thehousingmarket.co.
• Unsubscribe from marketing email with the link in any email.
• Limit ad personalization in your Facebook and Instagram ad settings, and block cookies in your browser.

7. Retention

We keep evaluation requests and account information while your account is active, and transaction records for as long as Iowa brokerage rules require.

8. Children

Our services are for adults 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
