• Buyer-side data — saved searches, saved properties, offers, and tour requests when you browse and engage with listings.
• Documents and e-signatures — uploaded transaction documents and signature canvas drawings stored as PNG data URLs.
• Payment info — handled by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

2. How We Use It

We use the information we collect to operate the marketplace and deliver the services you sign up for, including:

• Routing listings to interested buyers in your area.
• Matching buyers to affiliated lenders, inspectors, and other service partners.
• Processing payments and payouts via Stripe.
• Sending transactional emails about your account, listings, offers, and bookings (when email is configured).

3. Who We Share It With

We share your information with the following parties as needed to provide the service:

• Service partners — lenders, inspectors, photographers, and other vendors you explicitly book through the platform.
• Third-party processors — Supabase (hosting, authentication, and file storage) and Stripe (payments, when enabled).

4. Your Rights

You can take the following actions with respect to your data:

• Request an export of your account data.
